Head of Growth Marketing (f/m/d)

What are your responsibilities?
Your mission: drive growth! You will develop and optimize a lead generation strategy so that our sales team has a full pipeline, and we can sustainably drive scalable revenues
- Implement inbound & outbound campaigns through email marketing, SEO/SEM, social, web & live/digital events
- Identify and test new growth opportunities across all segments & channels
- You will take command of complete lead generation efforts including development of forecasts, evaluation of appropriate budgets as well as all results
- You will be responsible for the buyer journey, the marketing automation platform and all related lead generation processes
- Through your partnership with our sales team, you maintain a permanent exchange and enable an optimal lead flow
- You will coordinateexternal stakeholders working on our new brand positioning incl new CI,website, etc.
What should you bring with you?
- 4+ years of experience in marketing and/or demand generation preferably in a high-growth B2B business model
- At least 1 year of team leadership experience in digital marketing
- Track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals
- Experience in marketing automation (Salesforce, Hubspot).
