VP Sales (f/m/d)

We're looking for a VP Sales to ensure the continuous revenue growth of mingle.cloud: from generating business with new customers to expanding and retaining business with the existing customer base in order to make mingle.cloud a leading virtual/hybrid event software company. As part of the Steering Team, you are working cross-functional with all stakeholders to impact strategic company decisions and product development on the basis of business and customer insights.

What we expect from you:

  • develop plans and strategies to promote mingle.cloud’s products and services for future revenue growth in our core and expansion markets
  • organize and maintain scalable BizDev operations from lead generation to closing and from onboarding to offboarding
  • monitor customer activity and behaviour to improve customer satisfaction and anticipate customer needs to drive upsell and retention
  • use data-driven analytics to identify process improvements and derive success plans
  • work closely with the product team to continuously improve product-market fit
  • communicate and foster relationships with customers
  • design and develop a scalable business development/sales organization including team structure and role specializationsin line with the company’s strategy and go-to-market approach
  • take charge of recruiting, hiring and onboarding an A-team in all business development/sales functions
